Rear seat which slides into a bed  Broken belts are the female latches which are attached to the floor behind the seat.  The male latches are ok.
Passenger side rear belt is broken (shown in center), plastic part that broke off is shown on the right.
Center belt (shown on left and marked center) has small plastic piece that broke inside the cover.

These two seat belts attach to the floor.  These are the two belts whose female latches are broken.  These belts need to be replaced if the latches cannot be fixed.
