BY MR. SMITH:  Mayor, I just want to ask a question.

BY MR. SMITH:  Could we ask that we be given copies of the resolutions tonight on these two matters and they be included as a part of the record? The other thing is, can we also ask that the case law that the city is relying on to say that we can't get a conditional use be made a part of the record too because I'd like to know what the city is relying on in that regard.

BY MR. DREHER:  It's not required that the city provide a legal opinion to the mayor and board.

BY MR. SMITH:  I agree.  I was just asking that -- if that's the case, then I was just asking for the city to put into the record the case law that it was relying on.  Thank you.
