BY MAYOR AULTMAN:  Mr. Brantley.

BY MR. BRANTLEY:  I'm one on the board that has looked at for the last month, month and a half for also ways to keep this because I think it's a very attractive structure.  I had put together some conditions that would protect the children, protect the city, and protect the neighborhood.  But when I asked the question of the city attorney about the legality of what I have, as far as providing conditional use, the answer is, it's illegal. Mr. Dreher, is that right?

BY MR. DREHER:  Yes, sir.

BY MR. BRANTLEY:  That makes it even tougher.  I have to follow his counsel. Otherwise, we wouldn't need him.  Conditional use to me was a way out, a compromise, but he says it's illegal, and therefore I will be in favor of the motion as well.
