BY MAYOR AULTMAN: Okay. In order for us to get this on the
motion -- on the floor, I would entertain a motion as it relates to the
request for a conditional use/nonconforming use at 218 Kitchings
Drive. Do we have a motion?
BY MR. BRABHAM: I have submitted to the fellow aldermen and to the clerk a resolution denying the special exception, conditional use and/or nonconforming use for the property located at 218 Kitchings Drive. In this resolution, it lists the finding of fact which is required for the denial, and I'll submit that and make that motion. BY MAYOR AULTMAN: Okay. We do have a motion. Is there a second to this motion as submitted? BY MR. FISHER: Mayor, I'll second the motion. BY MAYOR AULTMAN: Okay. We do have a motion and second. We'll entertain any comments now from the board or any questions that you may have of anyone who has made comments. |
