WELCH:  Thank you again.  We object to being compared to the Worldcom case or Richard Nixon.  Those are both criminal cases.  This is a civil matter.  In all due respect, civil case examples would have served us better tonight. Also for the public record, the Welches have made no negative or demeaning comments to any alderman or the mayor.  We also do not condone of any comments directed toward Gary Ward.  We have been respectful, and we believe the city has been respectful too.  Thank you.
