 Tornadic Winds Rip
Through Treehouse Neigborhood |
| Shear winds exceeding over 100 mph+ ripped
through our neighborhood on July 5, 2002. The pictures below show
damage suffered next door to the treehouse. We sincerely believe
that the treehouse kept the trees in our front yard from falling on our
house. The treehouse actually strengthens the cluster of sweet
gums by tying them together. If the treehouse had not been there,
the 100 mph + winds from due east surely would have pushed the trees
onto our house and caused serious human injury and extensive property
damage. |

| Treehouse Suffers No Damage At All.
By bracing the cluster of trees together, the treehouse prevented the trees from falling on our house
and saved our house from extensive property damage and possible human injury. We love our
treehouse! |
