Neighborhood Petition |
| 51 out of 54 homes in the Green Acres subdivision of Kitchings and Hannah Dr signed the petition to Save Our Treehouse. |

| In addition to the signatures above, over 700 signatures to Save the Treehouse were gathered from other registered voters in two short weeks before the public hearing. These signatures were submitted as part of the public record. In contrast, the city could produce only one email against the treehouse. The email was even from a non-resident who lived outside of the city. Mayor Rosemary Aultman also alleged 2 anonymous phone complaints. |
